Sync Issues after Migration from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010

Hello 

I have a BES 5.04 Server with Exchange 2007 Server. Introduced a Ex 2010 Server & gave the relevant permission required for BES To work & moved the Service Mailbox to the New 2010 Server + Moved a Pilot Mailbox for which BES was enabled & working to the  Exchange 2010 Environment & things went smooth - Email sync was working without any issues

After a week moved few more accounts & could see that  the sync is no longer happening - Moved back the mailboxes to the 2007 Server & it works again.

 

IEMSTest is clean - doesnt seem to be a permission issue.

Have restarted both the CAS & the BEs Server - didnt help

Did a Hostfile entry for CAS - didnt help

 

Gettung this error in the Eventvwr

 

Event ID: 20152
OpenDatabase() failed for user1

 

and getting error in the Logs

 

MAPI call failed. Error 'The client operation failed.', LowLevelError 1149, Component 'Microsoft Exchange Information Store', Context 1281
[20152] (07/18 17:18:28.895):{0x1288} OpenDatabase() failed for user1

 

any help would be appreciated
