Torch 9800 - can not locate enterprise account

My torch 9800 has no enterprise activation icon, nor an Enterprise account within the e-mail section.

 therefore how can I activate my enterprise account ?

Main screen select Options, Device, Advanced System Settings, Enterprise Activation
