Hey everyone. I have a user that recently bought a Tour and he is unable to get it to route the internet traffic through WAP. I have already tried doing a reset, and I checked the BES to make sure that he did not did not have a policy that would prevent him from going through WAP. I will be taking a look at it today, and I thought I would ask the forums if they had any ideas I could try to resolve this issue. Thanks for your help.

What specifically are we trying to do through WAP? Browse? If so, you should be able to choose the WAP browser as the default by opening the browser and going to Browser Options >> General Properties >> Change the Default Browser to the WAP browser. It might be called something other than "WAP browser" depending on the carrier.
