Upgrade from Domino BES Server from 5.02 to 5.04

I need to upgrade my domino BES server from 5.02 to 5.04. I have not upgraded a BES Server previously and I'm unsure as to how involved the process is. I haven't  been able to find any documentation as to what the process entails either.

I have my BAS running on a separate machine and then 2 BES Servers. I believe that I will need to upgrade the BAS first and then do the other two servers. I am not sure if there is any prep work I need to do or if there are any other things I need to consider before doing the upgrade. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
