Upgraded of BES Express

We upgraded to BES Express 5.0.3 and all the BBs stop syncing. We rolled back and they are still not syncing.


Test Network Connections says:


ERROR Invalid Network Connection

Attempting to connect to

Us.srp.blackberry.com port 3101

ERROR connect failed no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it


How do resolve this?
