User not started events

Hi,

 

I have a problem that is driving me crazy. On our bes I periodically get the events users <username> not started. I get these for every user resulting in the fact that nobody will receive mail on their device. Rebooting the server wil fix the problem for a few hours after which it returns. If I renew the besadmin profile on the server sometimes the problem will stay away for a week.

 

We are running BES 4.1.4 against exchange 2003. I have already verified cdo.dll and mapi are the same versions on the bes and all exchange servers. Anyone has any ideas what else I can try to fix this?

If you want, send me a day of your BES logs to BBAndyDufresne@gmail.com and a link back to this thread so I know who's sending me what.  I'll review them and will post back any relevant data removing any personally identfiable / confidential information.
