blackberyy not recieving from exchange server

I have a user who is not recieving messages from our corporate exchange server.  We have Bes running and the account in bes is in running status and is forwarding messages and the blackberry is contacting the server.  Messages are being recieved in the outlook account.   The issue appears to be with the blackberry device itself.  Just wondering what some things to look for would be.  Thanks

Have they tried resetting the device by removing the battery for 1 min, then letting the device reboot?


Is everything (calendar, address book, tasks, etc) not synching or just the email?

can you send the user a PIN message?  Have you checked the filters?
