im new here and im new in blackberry server...
problem that i have is that i had a user with activated blackberry user on my server, in the meantime phone company disabled data traffic on that SIM, so i was unable to wipe handheld...so i deleted user from BlackBerry Manager.
after few weeks new user appears with same SIM but now, data traffic is enabled an i need to add new user, but im not able to execute enterprise activation, on Blackberry manager i can see error "proccesing stoped invalid pin" and on the blackberry device after 15 minutes i get mesage "The server is not responding".
I have about 50 user on server, and server is running fine.
I'm rockin the BlackBerry DTEK60, Passport, Z30, Z10, Q10, BlackBerry Mini Stereo Speaker, 64 gig PlayBook,BT Headset HS-700

When you deleted the user did you also remove the data on the mail server (it is the second question after removing a user.)
Did the etp dat file make it to his account and get removed?
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
