iDEN Phone and MVS Call Waiting/Caller ID Issue

We have an AVAYA Aura CM 5.1 with DMG 6.0 and MVS 4.6 integration. When on a primary call on a BB iDEN phone and a second call comes in, there's no caller ID (name and number) showing on the BB device. How is the data delivered and where can we trap that information at each leg of the call? I see the caller information passing to MVS, but the Avaya system can only allow one TAC trace at a time to see if the caller ID came back accross from MVS via the DMG's.

You can run a completed call report from the BlackBerry MVS 4.6 console from Reports > Calls - Completed call report. but the most effective way to see what is passed to and from BlackBerry MVS 4.6 is via the gateway (Dialogic Media Gateway) under Status > Call Log.
