Can I save attachments from email messages that I receive?  If so, how?

Re: save attachments

Thanks for your help. I am new to blackberry world.  we are currently testing blackberry for our company.  running bes 4.1.6 and unfortunately 4.2 on HH.  What I can determine from reading posts is that 4.5 fixes a lot of issues that I have ran into.  I am using a bb curve 8320.  Can I download 4.5 from another carrier, if mine has not released 4.5 yet?  If so, what kind of problems am I asking for...

Thanks

Re: save attachments

Yes, you can download 4.5 from another carrier.

The only problem you'd really run in to is  potential support from your carrier.  They may push back on supporting a HH with an OS they haven't released.

That said I'm on TMO USA and using an OS from another carriers 8320 and it works fine.  Many people do this and never once has someone (from my experiences) run into a problem running another carriers os.  Just make sure after you do the installation of the other carriers OS you delete the file vendor.xml from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Apploader ... and then you start up the app loader with the device connected to upgrade the OS.

4.5 is great; us it.  I think the current ones out are good.
