Accidentally disabled besadmin from Exchange 2010

Hi Guys

 

I accidentally disabled the Besadmin account from the exchange server. although i have enabled it again and restarted all the services again but the users are not receiving their emails now

 

any advise?

try rebooing the BES server

already tried that and restarted the services as well - no luck

look at MAGT log

 

default location :\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerryEnterprise Server\Logs

Also look in event veiwer to seef if any errors or warnings pertain to your issue

Please post back the log info minus personal info

I would try to reconfigure besadmin mapi profile.

 

In "Blackberry Server Configuration" >> "Blackberry Server" >> "Edit mapi profile" >> Delete besadmin, type besadmin again and "check name".

 

Probably it works after reboot.

worst case make a new account
