My Device: 9780
My Carrier: Blackberry

After BES Express activation from 30 days email only a week's mails shown on to the BB device 9900.

Problem: After enterprise activation, only a week's mails shown on to the device and old emails were got deleted. Before activation there was 30 days mails on device. In setting Days to keep message is 30 days.

In our troubleshooting we have done following steps:

1. After full backup device wiped and restored all data from Backup, at this stage there were all 30 days emails were shown onto the device. After this we have done the enterprise activation, this account was created on BES Express Server. As soon as Enterprise account is activated all emails were got deleted except one weeks email.
2. After full backup done the device wipe and restored data except email messages. After this we have done the enterprise activation. No emails were shown on to device after activation. Then we have restored mail messages from the backup on device. All 30 days emails were shown onto device and after sometime those emails were got deleted except one weeks email.
3. Turned off Reconcile option and restored all mails from backup. At this stage there was all 30 days emails were shown onto device but as soon as we had turned ON the reconcile option all emails were got deleted except one weeks email.
