BES 5.0.4 web console - 503 error


I made an update from BES Express 5.0.3 to BES 5.0.4, the synchronization of PIM functions problem.

However, the BAS service crashes every time, when I me log on to the web console: ( .


OS: Windows Server 2008 R2

Had this issue on some of my and customer machines as well - only solution (also with BlackBerry Support Team): Uninstall BAS und reinstall it. If you only have one server that means uninstall BES and reinstall it. Be sure to have a backup/snapshot of the server. Most data is stored in the database, so you should not lose anything but (Did you change MDS CS certificates or make registry changes?).
