BES Express 5.0.3 on 2008 Server, connecting to Exchange 2003

Hi,

We are looking to migrate users from BES 4.0 to BES Express 5.0.3.

Is it possible for BES Express to be installed on Windows Server 2008, whilst still connecting to an Exchange 2003 environment?  I've heard mixed views on this and heard that perhaps BES Express will have to be installed on Server 2003 first.

Could anyone clarify this please?

Thanks!

 2008 works fine.

Could anyone clarify this please? See above in bold.
