It is an active SRP, which i used during the install. I still also get complementary support consumed.. even if i have created a new one.

 

something wrong with BTSC, i have created 3 accounts now under different company domain but still got complementary support consumed... Smiley Frustrated

 

I have contacted sales as well for me to just buy it but to no avail.. dun no what is going on with Rim

Did you get anywhere with this? I'm having the same issue.
First time registration and install of 5.0.4 and get told that

"You consumed all your complimentary support offers."

 

without that I can't see any way to get the update to allow it to work with Exchange 2013
