copy the logs to a separate folder ... zip them all up and email them to me at email@example.com.

Tried above solution and still had no success.
Removed BPS from our secondary server and installed directly on the SBS server. It appears to be working well on this system. Not sure if it was an issue with the other server or with the database on the other server. Thank you so much for your help Andy!
