OK I will check this article and varify settings on Exchange Server. The BIGGER issue is the users that are NOT getting Calander Events on there HH yet. There Wireless Sync is ON for Desktop Calander. But not getting updates. They are getting the email notifacation of the event but it's not populating there calander on HH, unless acceped from OWA or Outlook.

The user that had wireless Sync off on Desktop Calander tells me I worked about 3 Hours and NOTHING since (week later). So that one won't work either. NOTE: OMA (Outlook Mobile Access) will not come up in browser in users phones that won't SYNC Calander either.

Found Blackberry Services were using administrator logon, BESadmin now listed under all BlackBerry services. Fixed user rights for users and added BESadmin send as rights to all user accounts prmissions. TEST user recieving and sending Calander updates now.
