Clients credentials have been revoked

We have just recerntly migrated our Exhange server from 2003 to 2010 and in the process migrated our BES server to a new server.

 

I have de-commission the old BES server and disabled to old besadmin account. I have created a new admin account for BES, but when I disable the old BES account it can no longer log into the BlackBerry Administration Service with the new account. Re-enabling the old besadmin account fixes the problem. The following has been taken from the BBAS-AS log:

 

[com.rim.bes.basplugin.activedirectory.ActiveDirectoryManagerBean] [INFO] [ADAU-1000] {u=SystemUser, t=1599} _loginAsLDAPUser failed to authenticate LDAP user=besadmin, realm=berglegal.local, KDC= javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: Kerberos error creating ticket: com.dstc.security.kerberos.KerberosError: Clients credentials have been revoked

 

I moved the old database from the old server and re-attached it the new SQL instance on the new server, looks like it is still trying to authenticate to the old besadmin account.

 

Any suggestions on how I can fix this? I would like to retire the old besadmin account.

Fixed - Changing the user name and password in Administrative Service - Ad Settings on the BlackBerry Server Configuration Panel and then restarting both the BlackBerry Administration Services services worked.
