Domino - New BES Express installation - Cannot activate Blackberry

Hi,
i've a similar problem on WIn2008Std Sp2 + Lotus Domino 8.5.3 + BESX 5.0.4 - SQL 2008 on another server
I've check (using BBServerConfig) and all the connection works fine, non errors during setup.
When i try to activate using the webconsole the 9780 is not found
If i try to activate using BB Desktop the server seems to be not active (all services are up and running)
I've also notice that on my Domino Server the BES folder and the blackberryprofiles.nsf db has not been created.
Any suggestions?
