Not for now. This is not a Blackberry limitation but a MAPI limitation. The only way to get sync back to normal is to reduce the mailbox. What is next 10GB, 20GB, 30GB...... You have to control mailbox size to a certain degree.

I am glad our 10+ gig mailbox users do not have a BlackBerry smart phone.
I have 3 with 5 gig mailboxes and they have not yet complained.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V

Isues they have for sure. When it becomes unbereable they will call you. At least, you already know the answer

The Hide Filed Messages setting hides messages form the main inbox view that have been moved or are in other folders otehr than the Inbox

Definitely not. That is a very strange behaviour. I would run through the logs and check what is happening to that message. You can get the message ID opening the message and typing ALT + VIEW. You will see a RefID. Search the RefID through the logs and see what has happened. Your carrier's tech support should be able to do that for you if they support your BES
