We use Blackberry Express to provide 7 users with emails to the their Blackberry devices and have just moved to a new server with a new version of the Express software (5.0.4).
One of the reasons for the move was because the old Express server was old and I wanted to decommision it, the other reason was because the emails were not being synchronised when deleted.
This problem has not beem resolved. I have tried enabling and then disabling the email reconcilliation settings on the devices and we do not use the blckberry desktop so I cannot set that setting.
Can anyone offer any help as it seems to affect all the devices?

I have also changed the messages state size to 1000 and it cured 99% of our issues.
The performance hit and RAM increase is almost nil on the BES box.
On Device also double check:
Make sure that Wireless Reconcile is set to On. Sometimes toggling that to off, saving it, then turning it back on.
Messages Options - Email reconciliation -
Delete on Mailbox and handheld,
wireless reconcile = Yes
On conflicts = Mailbox wins.
If still not working and you moved a user mailbox.
Is the user over quota?
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.
BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
