Enterprise Activation Freezes

I'm having issues activating blackberry phones we have had for a while.
For a long time our users have been syncing via the Desktop Redirector.
The first user we added synced just fine and is continuing to use his phone. We then bought 10 CAL's for some of our other users. My phone is actually Windows Mobile and was able, with very little trouble to get Blackberry Connect working with the server.
2 other users that were added to the server (without doing activation) have started having trouble syncing over the air with their desktop redirectors. We have since tried activating their phones and the process appears to not work over the air. The phones stop at "Activating..." and then retries several times. I have verified their mailboxes are receiving a special e-mail from blackberry.net. The server appears to be setup properly, nothing has changed since we have activated the first 2 devices. We have double checked with Sprint that the phones are provisioned.
Another thing to note is we are making sure the desktop redirector is not on while we are attempting to activate the phones. 
One of the sprint phones I attempted to activate via the USB port. The activation appeared to be successful. The phone could send and receive until I unplugged the phone from the machine. It's as if the phones are just having connectivity issues with the server.

Sounds liek the data plan is knot correct if it works by USB and knot over the air.

 

ALso might want to reinstall desktop manger and choose enterprise when installing it, this can cause havoc too.

I think you're right. It threw me off when the owner of the phone said he called Sprint and they said he should be able to use a Blackberry Server. I called Sprint on his behalf and technical support says he's not provisioned. Thanks for the reply. I think we'll be able to get everyone here setup.
