Exchange 2010 SP1/BlackBerry Express 5.0.3 question re SP2 upgrade and throttling policies.

I have checked the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express for Microsoft Exchange 2010 Compatability Matrix pdf and can see that upgrading to Exchange 2010 SP2 is supported as I am currently running BlackBerry Express 5.0.3. I just wanted to see if anyone had installed Exchange Service Pack 2 and run into issues from a BES perspective?

I have inherited the BES and Exchange environment. I have checked the BES throttling polices and can see that they are correct as the following are set to null:
RCAMaxConcurrency                         :
RCAPercentTimeInAD                        :
RCAPercentTimeInCAS                       :
RCAPercentTimeInMailboxRPC                :

I have referenced this document - http://www.shudnow.net/2010/08/24/exchange-2010-sp1-and-blackberry-enterprise-server/

When I compare the example above and my throttling policy, I can see I have additional settings configured:

AnonymousMaxConcurrency                   : 1
EASMaxConcurrency                         : 10
EASMaxDevices                             : 10
EWSMaxConcurrency                         : 10
EWSPercentTimeInAD                        : 50
EWSPercentTimeInCAS                       : 90
EWSPercentTimeInMailboxRPC                : 60
EWSMaxSubscriptions                       : 5000
EWSFastSearchTimeoutInSeconds             : 60
EWSFindCountLimit                         : 1000
OWAMaxConcurrency                         : 5
OWAPercentTimeInAD                        : 30
OWAPercentTimeInCAS                       : 150
OWAPercentTimeInMailboxRPC                : 150
POPMaxConcurrency                         : 20
PowerShellMaxConcurrency                  : 18

Do any of these need to be amended or is it just the RCA* settings that need to be configured for the throttling policy?

When I upgrade to Exchange 2010 SP2 do any other settings need to change in the throttling policy?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have checked those documents and the permissions appear correct according to the documentation. The point I can’t get clarity on is the additional configuration settings against the BESAdmin account. In the reference document I have used (http://www.shudnow.net/2010/08/24/exchange-2010-sp1-and-blackberry-enterprise-server/) I can see they are set to null. In my BESAdmin account they have defined settings and I can’t clarify if this is by design?

I cant verify if shudnow is correct but the KB's from RIM have not let me down.
