Migrating BPS to new server

I'm trying to migrate BlackBerry Professional 4.1.4 to a new hardware.

I've been using the following guide http://www.blackberry.com//btsc/dynamickc.do?cmd=show&forward=nonthreadedKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB... as there is no specific guide to BPS Migration on the RIM website.

However, when it gets to the stage of pointing the new BPS to the existing SQL server, the following error is displayed:

"Only one BES is allowed per domain. Please select another database."

Any ideas?

Re: Migrating BPS to new server

Your BES instance name needs to be the same.

Do you have a remote SQL server?
