I recently took over managing a BES express with ~30 users at a company. The previous IT had created an account on the BlackBerry Expert Support Center and registered the SRP ID. Now when I try to create an account, it says the SRP ID is already registered and to login with the original email address (which is not possible). How can I move the registration off the other account to my new account?
