New to BlackBerry Professional - Help!

[ Edited ]

Hi all, I'm new to BlackBerry's and I'm hoping someone may be able to help me here.

We have a small AD network where we run Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003. I've managed to install and setup Blackberry Professional 4.1 and have successfully activated a few Blackberry Storm handsets. However, I'm now facing a couple of minor issues.

Q1. How can I populate the newly activated handsets with old emails which are sat in users mailboxes. At the moment, the handsets are receiving all new emails but I'd like to be able to pull/import messages from the last 30 days.

Q2. Is there away to configure the handsets so it only keeps emails say up to 30 days? I don’t want the emails to be deleted from the users exchange mailbox, I just want them removing from the handset automatically after a set period.

Q3. I cannot get the 'Hard Delete' feature to work correctly. I've configured the BlackBerry Professional server as per the following article (http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/bps_unite) however, if we delete a message on the handset it ISNT deleted from the users mailbox. Is there something I need to set on the handsets to allow this?

Use desktop manager for the rest.
