We reinstalled our Blackberry Professional Server last night and moved it to our company SQL server. Since then none of the users can complete enterprise activation; However most still recieve email.
I've wiped the device, deleted the user, reloaded the user and the activation either gets stuck before any percentage shows up or at 11%.
I've tried turning the calendar, message, task, etc sync off. No go.
Have any of you run into this? How did you fix it?

1. Remove user from BES and when prompted if you want to remove all Bb info from users mailbox select yes.
2. Wait until user dissapear from Users panding deletion tab.
3. Add user back on.
4. Wipe device again.
5. Turno on wireles, check date and time.
6. Do wireless activation again.
If it does not work, do steps 1-5 but try wired activation instead.
Let us know if it works.
