first.. the easy one..  there is no SP6 for the professional software just yet.  This forum has a thread asking RIM about it and we await a response.

As for your next question... your CAL should just only care aout 1 user.  it wont care about the carrier.  I would suggest getting the USB cable and trying to activate your new phone that way and see if it errors out.  if so, we can go from there.

Re: User Mgmt

You don't need to re-allocate CALs within BES / BPS.

Simple set a new enterprise activation password for the user within the manager console and activate the new device against that user / mailbox.

The BlackBerry Internet Service has to do with integrating other non BES / BPS email accounts.

Re: User Mgmt

You need to set an enterprise activation password through the BPS management console.  You then enter that password along with your the email address of the mailbox you're activating against.

Re: User Mgmt

Ok ... I guess I don't see what the issue is then.  Use that password and EA.

Re: User Mgmt

1) make sure verizon device has proper blackberry enterprise data plan

2) make sure enterprise activation password has been set, has not been successfully used, and has not been unsuccessfully used 5 times

3) go to enterprise activation screen on HH, enter in the email address of the mailbox and the ea password

4) The device will activate and the old device will effectively be removed from the BPS server

I guess I don't get your question / problem / dilema.
