I have installed and tested connectivity on my Enterprise Server, added 2 users and requested activation (manual password). The administrator console says that an email will be sent from blackberry.net but no message is received (or attempted according to our edge server logs). How do I troubleshoot this?

When I messed around with this, the manual password thing didn't work at all and I couldn't send an activation email. I had to clear out the manual password, and send an activation email with auto generated password.
Also the email didn't come from blackberry.net, it came from besadmin@yourdomain. So it seems like the help files aren't matching up with BESX or something.
