missing sent emails

HI

 

today i rebooted the sbs 2003 machine and then the separate bes express server.  During this period a user sent a couple of replies from her device.

 

She received the tick to signify a successful send, however the recipient didnt get the email nor did the sent item show in outlook.

 

Is there somewhere I can replay/resend the message and force the sync?

 

all help/suggestions much appreciated

user should have a red x if it was not sent

thats what i said to the user but she is adamant there is a tick against the messages
