Re: not receiving mails anymore

Have you had any reboots of your exchange server?

Is BES installed on Exhchange or dedicated server?

Try stopping these services in this order:

Blackberry Controller
Blackberry Dispatcher
Blackberry Router

Starting the services in this Order:

Blackberry Controller
Blackberry Dispatcher
Blackberry Router

After rebooting the CAS/HUB server I start receiving emails on BB.

But I still can't send from admin console. After restarting those services, I got: "One or more errors occurred. The message was not sent to the users."

Anyway, it's good that I, and management too..., can receive emails on BB HH.

The BESX is on separate machine, CAS/HUB on another and MBX on another.

Thank you.

Same thing.

I changed the sender address, and change it back. Just no luck!

Ooops, I'm afraid I don't receive email also, again!

Strange, time of last messages sent to users are about the same with the time from yesterday...

I can't reboot mailserver every morning... Smiley Sad

L.E. Rebooted again, just to make sure: it's working...

Re: not receiving mails anymore

I wonder if maybe you ae not rebooting servers in correct order.

DC/GC > SQL/Exchange > BES

Re: not receiving mails anymore

I definitely can not reboot DC/GC at my wish, only "very" scheduled.
I only rebooted exchange (client access, hub transport) last time.

This morning, I rebooted BESX too, but true, BESX first than cas-hub.

I have only one machine for besx, all-in-one.

Thank you, I'll keep you posted - anyway I hope it will not happen tomorrow too... Smiley Happy

Re: not receiving mails anymore

DC should not need to be rebooted.

I posted the order on which to reboot the system.

if not done in that order BES will not work

Windows updates can be an issue for some as the reboots that happen can be fun to deal with when set to auto.

OK, sort of got it..
You said: "DC/GC > SQL/Exchange > BES"

So, SQL/Exchange ?! -- SQL is on BESX machine Exchange on other. I have to reboot BESX than CAS/HUB (exchange)? Right?
