APNs Certificate Status

After recently installing BES10.1, i have found that after generating the APNs and installing the certificates as per the request of UDS that when I test the connection status we get "Failed"

Are there any ways in which I can diagnose what is causing this? Maybe the location of log files that will inform of what is going wrong here?  or some sample commands to test what is going wrong?

I think that this is also the root cause of my Error 3007 on the IOS device when trying to connect.

I would greatly appreciate support getting this setup complete as we would like to test the UDS in our environment so we can decide whether to deploy or not.

Kind Regards

Make sure your firewall rules are configured as detailed in the following: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB34193

Specifically the connection to <region>.bbsecure.com on port 3101.
