just want to ask for your help guys..
already traded BES 10 CAL to 10.1
went to blackberry account center to get the license
entered the license in BB Mgmt Studio but getting above below.
Anything else should i do in blackberry account center?

Trying to select activation ID then clicking short code activation/manual activation but nothing happens..

I've exactly the same troubles! I think, the problem is, that the firewall-port from the BES 10.1 to https://blackberry.com/licenses isn't open on port 443. But, according the lincense guide from Blackberry, we should also been able to activate the licenses with two other methods. One is with the Host ID, and the other is file based!
But I was not able to use one of this two activation methods! I don't know where I could upload the file with the file based activation!
Probabely, someone else could help us!

If I issue a telnet license.blackberry.com 443, the connection is succesfull (blinking cursor).
But the BAS-AS log keeps telling:
This is nonsense. Using latest version BES10.1.1.
Please, any help?

Any news on this? I also have the exact same error after upgrading to 10.1.1
So now it seems that i can't TRIAL SWS on a production server.. so now i need to bring up a whole new server just to try out and frikin' app on an IPAD. can't run tril CAL's at the same time as Permanent CAL's??
looks like i will be sticking with what i have.. too much frikin trouble

I had given up, as Daniel @ BB support told me i coudl not run trial licenses on same server as permanent ones.. Lo and behold i go try again after reading youre post... Bam!! licenses applied just fine..
