Would like to ask for you help.
Seems after upgrading to BES 10.1, I am now unable to activate users in BES (existing users does not have any problems sending/receiving)
1. I checked the logs and there is an entry 'Unable to connect to ph.bbsecure.com,port=3101'
- Do we need to open this aside from ph.srp.blackberry.com and license.blackberry.com?
2. I could also telnet license.blackberry.com using 443 but getting an error when using bbsrptest.exe
- failed: connection reset
