We recently upgraded to BES 5.0 and one issue that I haven't been able to resolve is regarding the Address Book.
When a user is in their email on the device and tries to create a new email or forward an existing email, they type a few letters of the name and we get a message saying "This entry has no email". We do it again, this time choosing Lookup, and it comes back with the an email address.
Am I missing a setting someone in the BES interface that will force lookups to happen directly against the Global Address List? I know there are email addresses on the contacts in Outlooks contact folder, so I don't understand why it doesn't find them without performing a lookup. The name shows up on the screen, like it knows it's there, but fails to find an email address.
I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for any advice.
