Agent 1 failed to start. Error code 5305

I really working on thsi problem  a LONG time now, I am trying to install BES 5.0.0 on a Windows 2008 Small Business Server. Exchange 2007 was set up with the default setup of Windows 2008.


I used Windows 2003 Small Business Server with Exchange 2003 and BES 4.1 for about two years now and I worked through all the Installation Manual and a lot of forums to find a solution but I had no luck so far.


When I start the BlackBerry controller I always get the following error message in the Event Log:



BlackBerry Messaging Agent espania Agent 1 failed to start. Error code 5305



the ALRT Log file says



[30000] (02/17 21:38:28.619):{0x2094} [Alarm::ActivateAlarm] Queuing alarm: <N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent server1 Agent 1 (Application Event Log on server1.example.com) | 02/17/2010 21:38:24  (AFFF4EA9) -> MailboxManager::InitializeProfile - OpenMsgStore (0x80040111)



and the CTRL log says



[30000] (02/17 21:40:02.472):{0x1FA4} 'server1' agent 1 stopped. Exit code = 5305



after some time I get



[20406] (02/17 21:03:15.870):{0x1650} 'server1' agent 1: will not restart - reached the maximum of 10 restarts per 24 hours

 I looked into KB01018 but I could not find anything specific for my Environment



Any tips or help would be very appreciated!
