Android Communication Log errors

It would seem that my Android 4.03 was activated properly but doesnt seem to allow me to manage it.  If i open the compliance report on the app it is blank and if i choose Lock device it doesnt actually lock the device and the communications logs show action.poke failures.  Any ideas as to what may be happening? thank you.

I'm having unreal issues with Mobile fusion... the latest is that I'm having issues with the action.poke failure messages.

 

I can't do anything... I cannot deploy this solution to my company if it doesn't work.
