Android and iPhone phone lock

Is it possible to have the iPhone password unlock scheme to be 4 numbers? Just to be clear, I'm talking about when you turn on the phone and you have to enter a password in order to unlock it....

I'm able to get the Android device to do this, but the iPhone makes me put in a letter.

Thanks,

Re: Android and iPhone phone lock

Our iOS policy sets the password minimum length to 4 charcaters and lets us enter only numbers. We haven't defined anything beyond that. Have you explicitly defined anything under the 'Define password properties' rule?
