BBES 10.01only working for Blackbery?

I had Installed BBES10.01 with Exchange, and it is work wirh Z10, I have UDS installed, Server Suport Management, shows my SRP ID active. I added iPhone and Android for activation. installed certificates, then app, try to run URL sent as ca.bbsecure.com/S5xxxxxxx (xx are number) in app


Error 3007 server not available, try later


Where i should look for the reason of this?

Hello sinam,

Thank you for your question regarding UDS activations.


Before you can activate using the BES10 Client application you need to install the Root CA certificate on the device. This can be done by going to the below URL on the device.




This will prompted a Certificate install. Once that is completed you should be able to go back to the BES10 application and activate.
