I'm trying to import from a CSV file a list a new user accounts, but impossible to find the right format!
I've tried with the same format of the BES 5x but it does not work :
Email Address,SRP ID,Activation Password Operation,Activation Password,Activation Password Expiry
I found any doc on that.

I would like an answer to this as well. We are currently importing a large amount of users to BES 10 manually and I would like more information on how to do this.

Have you tried to use the Ressource Kit "BESUserAdminClient.exe" tool to create new user?
I've tried but I'm in a Lotus Environnement and I've an error on the import :
Cannot find mailstore user : firstname.lastname@example.org

Has anyone found a way to import users via CSV file? I ended up using the BESUSERADMINCLIENTTOOL in the bat file to add all the users, a little clumsy but it got the job done and I found out we can set the lock screen info, something you can't do in the BES 10.1 right now.
