I am unable to activate my attached Z10 via USB and get the following error:

To better assist you, are you local on the server or using the WebDesktop website from your workstation?
Error 74 is relating to not being able to contact the server
a. If your local on the server can you confirm that the MDS-CS ports (8080, 8443) are being used by out MDS-CS service, see here:

b. If your on your local workstation check the above but also check and make sure we can communicate to the server over (8081, and 8444) by default, see here:
BlackBerry PlayBook enrollment fails with the error "The BlackBerry Web Desktop Manager is unable to complete this action. Please contact your administrator for more information."
