Re: BDS 6.2 email profile for Lotus Traveler 8.5.3

Are you using port 443 on your Lotus servers?  I had this issue and it was due to using port 80.  BES10 has the option, but it will not work.  You have to use 443.  Could you also post what your email profile settings are in the BES?

Re: BDS 6.2 email profile for Lotus Traveler 8.5.3

webgta:  Your server name needs to include the full path to the Traveler.  So it will need to be server.domain.com/servlet/traveler.  servlet/traveler is the default install location for Traveler, so unless you changed the path, you wil need that.  I have been playing around with a my system to see where this breaks, and I have found the AD user accounts need to have the email address filed in.  On the General tab, at the bottom, the Email field needs to have the same email address as the one the Traveler will be using to authenticate.  At least it does on my system.  If that field is left blank, the activation appears to connect but it does not sync.
