BDS admin website not starting after change of service account

Hi there,

 

problem here with the connection to the bds web site:

 

After changing the user for the bes services (server 2008 r2) and adding the new user to the dbo-role in SQLExpress, we can not connect to the bds admin site. (cannot establish a connection to the web site).

 

I have no idea, if the apache needs some extra config or which log file might help me to find a solution.

 

any idea?
