I am using BES 10.1.1 an I have troube with the Workspace Connect. The lisencing is OK. The Work Apps at the BES 10 App IOS/Android did not download the nessesary Aps(Work Connect, Web Browser, DocsToGo). Therefor, the Work Connect App dioes not work.
On the UDS part is everythink OK. At the settings tab in UDS, Wok Space is green and enabled.
Does anyone has an idea?

Have you followed Task 1 from the following doc?
Ignore that it's for legacy BlackBerry Enterprise Server, this is the same permission required for the BlackBerry Enterprise Server 10 service account in order to enable Secure Work Space.
