My issue has been resolved. Deleted the existing user, me, re-created and rather than assign the workspace via the menus dragged and dropped and it WORKED! Been working on this for weeks!

Same situation here. If I try to start Work Connect on iOS:
"Work space required ... contact your administrator"
BES10 App shows no error.
Android does not work either.

the lock and all other MDM command is executed on mobile Device?
The MDM commands are taken to run the Workspace.
Sorry I now go out of ideas.
