We are trying to look at the secure work space feature. We`ve created a new user in the Bes console, assigned an IT Policy, a compliance policy, a workspace and a workspace policy to the user/device and we have the appropriate licenses. The workspace is never created though - under settings\work space the user creation sits in pending updates. The workspace log reports the below. Any idea how to fix this issue??? Thanks -

Would it be possible to try adding another user one without a space in their username? I have seen this before but I am still trying grab some more information about it.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

Yes, you are quite correct in that a space in the username does cause the issue. However, our organisation standard is to have spaces in usernames so we can`t really change that - so when is this likely to be fixed|??? Thanks

We are working to have it fixed in a future release of the software. At this time there is no ETA.

we had the same problem. Deleting the pending tasks directly from the BDSMgmt_UDS Database Table sys_container_sync_task solved it for us. New activations an assigning the Work Space to iOS devices works fine again.
