having the following problem:
Activated the android device with BES 10.1 Client / Activation successfull !
Seeing the Mail Profile in Profiles on the BES10 Client.
But the Mail Profile is not automatically created in Accounts on the Device.
When we click on the on the assigned email profile in the bes 10 client on the device we see the correct data and can click on "setup" to setup it manually but we would have to tipp in the correct information by hand.
any known issues with that ?

Samsungs Mail API is currently not supported and Android do not have on by its own.
As far as I know only Touchdown and Motorola APIs are supported.

is there a list of devices supported from android ?
how can i make working an samsung device working with Touchdown ?
Installing Touchdown before device activation ? does it push the activesync information in the touchdown app ?
