BES 10.1 - The system could not enable Secure Work Space.

Hi Folks,

After spending a few days struggling to get my trial of BES 10.1 up and running I am pleased to say I am nearly there! Trouble is I had to reinstall BES and now I cannot get the Secure Work Space element working. It is the exact issue covered in http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB34508 but the solution says to contact Blackberry Technical Support.

We do not have any support agreements in place and the cheifs wouldnt be happy to pay for support when the software is under trial so how can I get the help I need?? Looking at the US Website complimentary support is offered during the trial but I can find no mention of the same offer in the uk??

Thanks

Same problem with this error:

No exact corresponding article is present in the KB.

The most similar is the http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB34508

But as previous said is a nonsense to have a Technical support subscription for a trial version.
