I have a BDS Version: 18.104.22.168 and a Z10 with Firmware 10.0.10.99
I set the sync period in the email profile from 30 days to: no limit
I wiped the corporate data, re-activated the device and it still synchronizes only 30 days.
I even made a whole new profile set this to the user, resend policy, restartet the device and re-activated it. And it always synchronizes for 30 days.
In addition the remote search only finds Email within the 30 days.
Does anyone has a clue on that?

There's been lots of posts about this. Basically, 30 days is the max at the moment and will remain so until BlackBerry decides to change it. You can't control this on the BES or on the device.
