BES 10 BDS Days to synchronize ... 14 days, 30 days and unlimited

defined in BAS email profile settings.

What about 2 or 3 months. In many cases, 1 month is to little. Are there any limitations because of the active sync protocol?

Re: BES 10 BDS Days to synchronize ... 14 days, 30 days and unlimited

Not an Active Sync limitation as we use Lotus Notes Traveler and it has no problem with 3 months of data.

This is down to BlackBerry, we were told a Device OS Update will allow for more than 30 days.

Had two Device OS Updates since then, still the same.

These time periods are defined by BlackBerry, so they're the ones who have to change it.
